Iphone activation lock

Hello, so in december i forgot my passowrd from my iphone, and then we resseted it so i could be like a new phone, and then when we resseted it , it showed actication lock, i have the phone and the box it came in, and a sceenshot of the serial number from that phone on my iphone when that phone was still working, but the problem is that this phone was shipped to us from a warehouse, and we dont have the check, but the phone is tied to my apple id but its asking for a completely diffrent apple id, i have acsess to everything, the apple id, the box but apple says that they cant do anything without the check, can i send all the information i have from that phone, to prove that i have the legit owner of the phone?
