Why Yono Sbi App is not sending OTP code to phone?

I'm trying to login into yono sbi app but during the signing process, the OTO code is not coming to phone. (iPhone 12 mini).

Please fix this app.

Esim unsupported Hello I use am iPhone xsmax which is eSIM supported and it does show on here that I can add one i went to a network provider to get an esim for my phone and then after scanning the QR code generated,I came across this issue and it shows on my iPhone that it’s not locked so I don’t understand what’s happening

Contact the developers of whatever yono sbi is for issues with their application and services.
