Hello I use am iPhone xsmax which is eSIM supported and it does show on here that I can add one
i went to a network provider to get an esim for my phone and then after scanning the QR code generated,I came across this issue
and it shows on my iPhone that it’s not locked so I don’t understand what’s happening

How do I know which carrier it’s locked to and it shows no sim restrictions so I am confused
I checked online to see if it’s locked to any carrier using the IMEI and it shows it’s not
