My 2020 MacBook Air is stuck in the boot recovery assistant page. It’s been stuck there from about mid January to now which is March. I’ve done everything and called Apple support and nothing worked. I don’t know what to do and I use this laptop for college

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.0

You have not given us enough back story. Were you having problems with this laptop before this happened? Or did someone accidentally boot into Recovery Mode?

Have you tried booting the laptop normally? First hold the power button down until the laptop powers off, then power the laptop on. Does the laptop boot, attempt to boot, or give you a blinking folder with question mark?

If the laptop won't boot normally, then the recovery assistant screen is so you can attempt fix the problem by using Disk Utility First Aid to verify the integrity of the file system and to attempt to reinstall macOS over top of itself. For more extreme cases it may be necessary to perform a clean install of macOS by first erasing the drive before reinstalling macOS (this destroys all data on the laptop which has not been backed up).

If there are problems with Internet Recovery Mode, then you may need to "Revive" or possibly even "Restore" the T2 firmware (the latter option destroys all data on the laptop).
