Question

iphone XR isn't working

i have a iphone xr and my power and apps are not trying to work and the only app that will open is facetime but i only see a blury screen and no contacts name, no hang up button or anything when someone calls me

what should i do?

Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

Press and quickly release Volume UP button
Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).

If Apps won't open, see: If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open - Apple Support.

I'd also suggest you Restart your iPhone - Apple Support and make sure iOS is up-to-date: Update iOS on iPhone - Apple Support.
