How to enroll my iPhone in the upgrade program and turn it in

I was looking to trade in my iPhone for the latest iPhone model but when going through the process the website stated that my iPhone wasn't enrolled in the upgrade program. I was wondering if there was a way I could enroll my iPhone 10 and trade it in for the iPhone 13. My iPhone doesn't have dents or cracks it is in mint condition.
