Using OneDrive and iCloud Photo Library together on iOS

Hi,

I am an iPhone 11 user, which regularly uses the OneDrive sync service to automatically sync new iPhone photos to OD.

Up until now, I had disabled iCloud photo library (and all the settings that come with it), leaving OneDrive with my only option for uploading new photos to the cloud.

I was wondering whether or not to turn iCloud Photo Library on again, but something put me back: If I were to do it, and I enabled the photo optimization feature (which automatically uploads full-res versions to iCloud and leaves a shrunk version in the device), would it cause any issues with OneDrive?

My perfect setup would be to upload photos both with OneDrive (in order to have the file on my Windows PC) and with iCloud photo library (to also get them on my Mac quickly, which has the optimization feature also enabled).
