iPhone XR 64 GB memory full issue

My iPhone XR 64GB has 10 GB of storage left but won’t let me take photos because storage is “full”.

I have fewer apps than I have ever had, fewer photos, videos, etc.

I’ve updated iOS to 15.2.1

I’ve done all the memory management suggestions.

Symptoms Include:

*Safari always defaults back to the same page I left off at months ago so if I were to go to my springboard right now and try to come back to this page, it wouldn’t work.

*I cannot copy and paste anything at all.

*I cannot take any photos or videos.

*My apps suddenly freeze causing me to have to restart them especially YouTube

*Other conditions not listed.

Since I never get responses from you guys, I’m just going to go file a law suit for Planned Obsolescent practices because I know what you’re really doing and it’s not cool.
