Macbook pro 16" 2019 cannot handle any 4K motion graphics.

I have Macbook pro 16" 2019, i9 2.3Ghz 8 core CPU. 32GB Ram, Radeon pro 5600m, 1TB SSD drive.

Unfortunately this custom 4300eu machine cannot handle any 4K motion graphics processes. Rainbow circle does not stop spinnin, fans starts extreme flow and all macbook pretty much freezes. I took my macbook to be serviced and checked out and showed them these issues on the spot, so they took it for diagnostics and found that main system board might be faulty and changed it. After that nothing has changed, because it still cannot handle any 4K editing, so now I have extremely expensive laptop which cannot handle anything that i need. I am terribly unsatisfied with this computer!

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 12.2

rather than play 20 questions, please download and run this little "discovery" utility Etrecheck, to see how your system is Performing. it generates a report, already laundered of any personally-identifiable information, suitable for posting back here on the forums. be sure you elect preferences: allow full disk access before you say "GO". Then use the "Share" Icon and post your report back here for readers to analyze.

I've tried with couple monitors, one of them is SAMSUNG:

SAMSUNG LS J 550 XEN 34inch UWQHD

I also tried with built in display, but both options does not change anything. Regular editing in 4K is fine, no issues, but as long I start motion everything changes. Even default FCPX effects e.g. TRAIL with one 4K track barely playsback, but if I add second track FCPX just stops working, only loading circle spins and i have to force quit the software. Unfortunately these issues happens with HD as well if i add additional two tracks. It is the same with Premiere pro, After effects and apple Motion. It feels like GPU just cannot handle motion even that i payed 1000eu for it.

Adapter + high quality HDMI cable:
