Does anyone have a solution for upgrading After Effects? I keep getting error messages and it won't open.

And, is there a new version of Vidbox that is compatible with Mac OS Monterey 12.2.1?

So I 100% need this particular Macbook to stay on Mojave and had been using Final Cut 10.4.2 without issue. Then I found an installer I'd saved for the trial of Final Cut 10.4.6 and installed it, leaving two versions of FCP on the computer. For reasons too boring to explain, after a day, I decided to delete the trial of 10.4.6 and just stick with 10.4.2, but suddenly that has become unusable. Whenever I click on "import media", even with a brand new project, the app crashes. Any ideas on how I can get 10.4.2 working again? Thanks in advance for your help, and even if you see that someone else has answered this, please know that I'd appreciate your input, as well.

Can't open iMovie library on older iMac My iMac can't be updated beyond Catalina. My MacBook Pro runs Mojave. I get this error message from iMovie when trying to open libraries on an external drive: "Operation could not be completed because on or more of the libraries were created using a newer version of iMovie". This happened after I edited some films on the newer MacBook Pro. Any fixes for this? Again, I can't upgrade any further than Catalina on the iMac and on the iMac all apps are updated as far as App Store will let me. Best, Jesper

After Effects version 17.5.1 supports macOS Big Sur on Intel but Apple Silicon is not fully supported at this time. If you want to know about Adobe apps working on Apple computers that use the Apple Silicon's M1 chip, see Do Adobe apps work on Apple computers that use the M1 chip?

There also appears to be a Beta version of M1 native app.
