Can’t control TV and HomePod at same time

My Apple TV using TV Speaker and HomePod mini play content, but my Apple TV remote only change volume for TV Speaker, is there any method to change volume for both devices at same time? If not, I think this feature should add in future update.

Can't control Homepod Stereo Pair Volume with Apple TV 4K remote So I have my Homepod minis connected as a stereo pair, in the same room as my AppleTV 4K, and I want the sound of my AppleTV 4K to come out of the stereo pair. This works when I use AirPlay, and when I first set it up, I could control the volume with my Apple TV's remote, but now I can't control the volume of the stereo pair using the Volume controls. The only way I can get it to work is by holding down the TV button, and choosing "Airplay" then selecting the "Homepod Pair" and adjusting the volume. I can no longer just change the volume while simultaneously watching a show on the Apple TV 4K. How can I get this to work? - thnx

HomePod and Apple TV volume I use my HomePod for the sound on my 4K Apple TV. Until last night if the HomePod was the only output selected then the Apple TV remote controlled the volume of the HomePod. A volume bar appeared on the right side of the screen. But today the remote is only controlling the volume on my TV even if the sound is only outputting to the HomePod and not the tv. I've tried restarting both but can't fix it, does anyone have any ideas about how to make it work like how it used to?

Very similar to your question. BTW, I find volume control is easier when I start playing music on the HomePods and add the TV speakers via AirPlay - you can then get both volume controls on your iPhone (at least if you've got a soundbar or AV receiver as the "TV speakers").
