Macbook Pro 2019 T2 chip mouse pointer Jittery

My MacBook pro-2019 16gb ram mouse cursor is jittery when hovering to another web link. ALready restarted the PRAM/NVRAM, SMC reset, from MAc os monterey downgraded to big sur and re-install mac big sur. The only way it will go back to normal is to resize the cursor size then it will be back to normal butttt it will go crazy again a few minutes after. Any solution on this til now? it's like 2022 already!
