Apple Music won’t let me add albums or songs is there a bug?

What happens when you do try to add those items to the Music app? Are you trying to add them to your library or to a playlist? if this happens to pertain to music that has already been added to Apple Music and you're trying to download it for offline listening, check the steps out below.

1. Open the Apple Music app.
2. Touch and hold the song, album, or playlist that you've added from Apple Music.
3. Tap Download.

You can also download a song by swiping left over the song and tapping the Download button
