Macbook Pro 2021 Problems

Greetings!

I've purchased a MacBook pro-2021 in October, and it arrived during mid-January. I was abroad, so I just had a chance to set up everything and use it last Friday, and all the problems started.

First, it didn't charge with MagSafe while the battery is 0, mac, and the lit is off. It just started the "beep" sound in a 5 seconds cycle.

Secondly, I saw horizontal two lines like a stretch on display at the left top corner after turning it on and charging. After restarting the mac, they disappeared.

Thirdly, I never used anything intensive such as video editing, gaming or coding, etc. I just used chrome with approx 20 tabs on, and after a couple of hours, using the memory hits 30-31GB and even do SSD swap.

And lastly, exactly after one week, while I was watching a low-quality class video on chrome, 3-4cm lines appeared at the bottom of the screen, and they didn't go away. I've contacted apple advisors regarding the issue, and they told me to take it to a technical service since it was probably because of hardware.

Today I handed it to the technical service, and they told me that it would take at least 10-15 days. I asked them for a temporary mac, but they told me they don't offer that. When I got home and checked the apple website, I should get a temporary device if a repair takes more than ten days. I need this device because I study online.

This was my first mac, and I'm so frustrated about all of this. I spent more than 4000 dollars just to have problems. I trusted Apple and bought this machine to use it abroad without any issue for at least a couple of years, not one week. I've contacted several times that I want to exchange with the device, and the technical service said we couldn't offer that also. I want to change my mac. Which steps do I need to follow?
