some contacts are receiving sms while some are not receiving even when i have followed all the instructions what next should i do.
After following all instructions on how to fix non delivery of sms to my some of my contacts all the trouble shooting pointers are to in operation, yet some contacts' sms went delivered while some others are not receiving the sms what can i do. Note, the wi-Fi and network service are on.
