Hello Suggest111,

It sounds as though you're having issues with an app not recognizing a subscription, or issue downloading an application to your iPhone 13 Pro Max. You've come to a fantastic place for help! If you're having issues downloading the application, try the steps outlined below. You an also find those steps in the following article.

If you can't download or update apps on your iPhone or iPad

  1. "Open the App Store and sign in: If a blue account button appears at the top of the App Store, you might not be signed in. Tap it and sign in with your Apple ID. Learn what to do if you forgot your password. Learn what to do if you can't open the App Store.
  2. Manually update the app: In the App Store, try to update the app manually.
  3. Check your payment method: You might need to have a payment method on file, even if the app that you want to download is free. See what payment method you have on file and make sure that it isn't expired, declined, or failed. If you can't update apps and you see a message that says “your account is disabled in the App Store,” there might be a problem with your payment method. Contact Apple Support for assistance.
  4. Prioritize the download: From the Home Screen, touch and hold the app. From the menu that appears, choose Prioritize Download.
  5. Restart your device: Restart your iPhone or restart your iPad. Then check to see if you can download or update apps.

If the subscription is active, you may benefit from the app specific troubleshooting steps listed below. These steps can also be found in the following article. While the title of the article outlines different issues, these steps can still be helpful.

If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won't open

  1. "Close and reopen the app: Force the app to close. Then open the app to see if it works as expected.
  2. Restart your device: Restart your iPhone or restart your iPad. Then open the app to see if it works as expected.
  3. Check for updates: To see if updates are available for the app, open the App Store, tap your profile icon, then scroll down to see if updates are available. If updates aren't available for the app, update the software on your iPhone or iPad.
  4. Delete the app, then redownload it: Delete the app. When you do this, you might lose data that was stored in the app. Then redownload the app. Then check to see if the problem with the app is fixed."
