stop saving videos to icloud

I want to save photos to icloud but not videos. Can't find a way to treat videos differently.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

My iPhone has capability to shoot 4k and I always shoot in that mode - these files are too heavy and my iCloud storage gets full quite often.

You would need to remove the videos from Photos and into a folder that is not synced to iCloud.
