The left shift key on my MacBook Air M1 2020 no longer "shifts". No CAPS, no @#$ etc. It had been working fine but now it has just stopped. In fact, it doesn't seem to do anything much less "shift".
Ideas, suggestions?

If the one Shift key works as expected, but the other Shift key is not working, you may need to have the Mac evaluated for service. You can also use Keyboard Viewer to see if the Mac is recognizing the Shift key is being pressed.
