Hotstar subscription

For Hotstar I had taken Rs 399 VIP plan. AS the one year subscription plan ended on #rd March 2022, I upgraded my plan Rs 1099 Super Annual plan. The amount was deducted from my Apple account. However, my Hotstar account still show the plan as Rs499 /year. But Rs 1099 has been debited from my account. So i am not getting the facilities of the 1099 plan. When i contacted Hotstar team, they told that they cant do anything about this as we have subscribed for the plan through iTunes. So please let me know what to do next.
