On autoplay, AppleTV keeps repeating the same episodes

While rewatching a series I purchased on iTunes, AppleTV is getting hung up on some episodes. For example, tonight it played episode 15, then episode 16, then went back to episode 15. I selected episode 17 from my library, and, when it was over, AppleTV played episode 15 for a third time.

Episode 15 also continues to show up in “Up Next”.

It is happening on both my AppleTVs.

Is there anyway to fix this without turning off autoplay?
