Purchased ring tone is not showing up in sound&haptics and ive done all updates i see no other solutions. Ring tone purchased on itunes. Iphone 12

When you purchased from App Stor / iTunes Store you will always get and invoice.

See this Apple article: If you see "apple.com/bill" on your billing statement

I am sure you get an invoice from Apple for that puchased ringtone, check your mail box, and click Report a problem.

Apple did not send an invoice when I purchased it so no “there’s a problem option”
