Voicemail operation incomplete when trying to record “custom” outgoing VM msg

When Is Apple going to fix the error with their Voicemail System? This issue I’m having, a message popping up after trying to record my outgoing custom VM msg “Operation couldn’t be completed. (Com.apple.mobilephone error 1035.)” has been happening since I had my iPhone 4 (I’m on the 13 now). When I record a lengthier outgoing message I get this error and otw won’t save at all. In order to get it to save, I have to shorten my message to like 30 seconds YET there’s a “time bar” on a lowers length of VM custom message??!?! Why has this never been fixed. So annoying!

Greetings Slinkysmurfette,

Since this error has happened since the iPhone 4 to the iPhone 13 including the different iOS versions, you may want to contact the carrier to see if there is anything they can see on their side.

"Voicemail, Visual Voicemail, and Voicemail transcription are available from select carriers in select countries or regions."

Check your voicemail on iPhone - Apple Support

Are you having any Wi-Fi or cellular data connection issues with other apps?

Do you have cellular data enabled in Settings > Cellular?
