i had access to Control Center from scrolling down from top until two days ago while locked screen, but suddenly its stop working. I tried to enable from setting>control center. But they are not giving me the locked screen option at all.
I thought it supposed to give option like as below but I’m not getting that option at all.
please help. Thanks.

Open the Settings app and then swipe down on the screen to see the search bar. In the search bar of the main Settings window type the following:
Allow access when locked
This may take you to the Passcode screen within Settings. Scroll down and find the Control Center toggle.
