Rapid battery loss on both sleep and full shut down

I have a 2019 Macbook Pro 16 inch hardly used with only 46 battery cycles. Battery health shows normal. Most current update Monterey 12.2.1. Battery continues to drain in both sleep mode and full shut down 4.75% per hour in sleep mode and about 2.8% per hour in shut down. Power usage shows zero under activity list and nothing preventing sleep. It will charge to 100% but have on optimize battery mode and power nap turned off. Anyone have any suggestions?
