Mail not synching across devices

It recently started that when I delete messages from one device (iPhone 13 pro, iPad Pro or Apple Pro laptop), it does not delete in the other devices. It means I end up doing this effort 3x. It used to sync. All my mail configurations are the same and did not change and appear to be appropriate. What is going on and how do I fix this!?! I don't have this issue with my desktop and laptop so I think it's an iOS issue but not sure.

Hello DoreenArchitect,

We'll be happy to help get your emails running smoothly in sync. If this is an issue you're experiencing with iCloud emails, we'd recommend disabling, restarting and enabling Mail in your iCloud settings on each device you're experiencing this issue with. If this is an issue you're experiencing with a different email server, let's confirm you have the settings set to server. You can do this from Settings > Mail > Accounts > Choose the account > Tap on account > Advanced, you should see the settings available for your email. Review each settings and confirm each one is set to Server.

If you're seeing different settings or the steps above don't apply, let us know.
