For first use:

  1. On Apple TV, go to Settings﹥Remotes and Devices﹥Bluetooth.
  2. With your controller turned off, press and hold the PS and Share buttons at the same time until the light bar begins to flash (Pairing mode).
  3. Wait for Apple TV to detect it. Then select it. Let it pair and connect.
  4. Lastly, launch the game that you intend to play.

For subsequent use:

  1. Your Apple TV would remember the pairing, but it will need to connect for a next session.
  2. Power up the controller. Most likely it will connect automatically. Else go to Bluetooth settings and Connect.
  3. Launch the game that you intend to play.
