Cracked screen XR iPhone.. insured by my cellular provider

my X-RAY screen cracked in front. Replacement is covered under my cellular provider. I don’t know if I should have their insurer fix it? Or send to Apple & can Apple charge the insurer ?

Can my A&T insurance cover something if i repair my screen in apple? My screen recently cracked badly my phone is very glitchy but i was wondering if A&T insurance could cover some of my payments if i went to the apple store to repair it even though i dont have apple care?

If your carrier is the insurer, contact your carrier for details of the repair or exchange procedure that they use.
