Can't select/delete multiple threads on iMessage for Macbook on OS Monterey or Big Sur

For the threads pane on the left, I am not able to select multiple threads by highlighting one and Shift + click another thread.

The Cmd + delete shortcut doesn't work on Macbook either.

These are small user interface issues, please fix it. If there is a way to create a bug ticket please let me know.

iMessage no longer works after Mac OS 13.2 update iMessage is no longer working properly after the recent Ventura 13.2 update. It's chosen a message to highlight, and when trying to select a different message, it will either pin that one to the top, or attempt to move it off the screen. Moving the arrows up and down doesn't help either.

iMessage MacOS bug with click to focus When iMessage is not the active window but I can click on it, I often click on a conversation to bring it up, but that click only makes the window active. That's fine, I click the conversation again, but now it registers as a double click, and a new window pops up that I then have to close. I'd like it just to make the conversation active without popping a new window. Can this be fixed?
