Some Apps not loading content on Apple TV

I have two apps that won't load content on Apple TV, IFC and Sundance (not Sundance Now). I have access to these because of my Direct TV subscription which gives me access to anything on Apple TV that I have in my Direct Tv package. These two apps quit working several weeks ago. When I access them, they walk me through the log-in procedure of going to their activation website and entering a code. They show successful log-in but then when I select content, I get a progress wheel that never stops. I've deleted and re-loaded the apps numerous times and re-started the Apple TV. It's not a wi-fi issue as I have no problem playing content on dozens of other apps. Any one have any ideas?
