iPhone XS black screen

My daughters iPhone is stuck with a black screen and Apple logo. We tried all the reset and reboot procedures. We bought Tenorshare ReiBoot Pro. Nothing works. She’s so upset. Can anyone help?

Being Stuck in a Boot Loop:

Seems you're stuck in a boot loop. This typically occurs when you were updating something, and it was unsuccessful. So, to fix this, use my User Tip: How to Fix an iPhone in a Boot Loop - User Tip

Three Things...

A. Restoring your iPhone Factory Settings:

Seems the ultimate solution is to restore the iPhone to factory settings. Go Here: Restore your iPhone Factory Settings - Apple Support


B. What is the error message? If need be, perform it again, and take a photo.


C. Restore your iPhone from a Backup:

Have any backups of this iPhone prior to this install. If so, then restore your iPhone from one that particularly contains this info (your most recent backup). If not, then take this as a learning experience, knowing to always backup your device prior to making any major change to it(i.e. upgrade installations). Important: Back up you iPhone prior to performing this restoration, should anything go wrong from here on out.
