I just received this order today. Because I am receiving it by parcel in Mongolia. This is due to the fact that China has closed its borders due to the Covid and has been waiting for a long time. But this glass glare guard is broken.

In addition to contacting shipping provider as Mr Bill suggests, you can also file a dispute w/your bank & request a credit due to damaged product.
