What family am I sharing with?

How do I find which family I’m supposedly sharing with? How do I change it?

iPhone SE, iOS 15

To find out, go to Settings/AppleID/Family Sharing.

To change the Family group, follow the steps in this article:

My husband sent my an invite, but Apple says I'm, "already in another family," and I "will need to leave your current family first." I cannot find anywhere in my settings that identifies the "family" that Apple says I am already sharing. What do I need to do? I recently upgraded from a 6s to an 11 Pro Max.
