Someone please help me. I am a senior whose sleep is a treasured commodity.
I recently started getting notifications that wake we up in the early hours of the morning giving me the status of my IPhone battery charging.
I read a little about it and understand it has something to do with battery life optimization- which is great, but I just don’t want the notifications waking me up. I can’t figure out how to silence them.

Turning off the notification for Optimized Battery Charging is currently not an option within the iOS software. If you have an idea to help improve the software, you can leave it on Apple's Product Feedback website.
As a workaround, you may want to see if this page can help: Use Do Not Disturb on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
If you don't want to be disturbed at a certain time, you can set a schedule and change other Do Not Disturb features to help you concentrate.
