iPhone 13: Transferring video shot with camera app to MBP running High Sierra

How can I get video shot with camera app on iPhone13 to my older MBP running High Sierra. Newer one in shop.

Thank you for your reply.

I found a different and very simple solution. I remembered my camera app allowed me to move video clips to Photos and from there imported via FCPX, or I could have from Image Capture too.
