Reset Apple Watch
Got a new phone and started to pair then accidentally hit cancelled on watch. Now watch won’t change screens. Here’s a pic.

Try a Forced Restart: Press and hold BOTH the digital crown and elongated power buttons at the SAME time (keep holding until the screen goes dark and until the Apple Logo appears), then let go of both buttons.
