iTunes log in

Hello, I am having trouble logging into iTunes on my PC. My username and password keep bringing up the message "This Apple ID has not been used with iTunes store. Please review your account information."


What should I do to access my iTunes account?

Hello EM-Jay23,


If you are using iTunes for Windows the first time, you will be asked to accept the terms and conditions. If you have uninstalled/reinstalled, or updated the version, or there have been changes made to the terms & conditions, you will be asked to accept them once more.


When opening iTunes, if you are not prompted to read and accept terms and conditions, you can do this by clicking the Sign In button found on the webpage Manage your Apple ID.


By going to Manage your Apple ID, you will be able to also make sure your information is updated.
