Need help figuring out how to send mail as custom domain email.

So I'm receiving mail with the new custom domain email that I created, but I'm not seeing the ability to "send mail as" the new email. In the dropdown for "from" in both mail and in the web version I still only see my icloud.com emails.

Please advise what I should do...
