Simultaneous use of Switch Control and Mouse Control (Assistive Touch)

Is there a way to use Assistive Touch and Switch Control at the same time on an iPhone or iPad? I setup up shortcuts to be able to switch between the two, but if I want to use them at the same time I don't seem to be able to. There are certain tasks and applications better suited to switch control and some better suited to mouse emulation, especially when using mixed input devices and it'd be nice to be able to use them interchangeably.

It sounds like you're looking for a way to use Assistive Touch and Switch Control simultaneously. We can help.

At this time, these features are mutually exclusive, that is you won't be able to activate Switch Control while Assistive Touch is turned on, and vice versa.

That said, you can definitely continue to use your shortcuts to switch between modes, or even Use Back Tap on your iPhone to make the switch easier.
