Mac Mini 2020 ""LLC Bus error from cpu3" (Kernal Panic)

Hi,

When I put my M1 Mac Mini into sleep mode and come back later to use it I see the login screen and then the computer boots up and an error shows.

Here's the log below. Does anyone know how to fix it?

iMac/Big Sur My new M1 iMac running macOS Big Sur 11.5.2 keeps having "panic attacks" which cause it to re-boot. I have reported this to Apple many times and spoken at length to Apple Support who basically just suggested re-loading Big Sur which has changed nothing. The message box containing the re-boot information says: "panic(cpu 0 caller0xfffffe001f124c10): Wake transition timed out after 35 seconds while calling power state change callbacks. Suspected bundle: com.apple.driver.usb.AppleUSBHub. Thread 0x9e1a. Debugger message: panic" and so on for another 6 pages. It is not always "cpu 0", it varies. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

[HELP] Macbook Air M1 (16Gb Ram) crashed after updating Big Sur 11.5.2 Hi everybody, Please help me! Disable Sleep, it’s unnecessary on later Macs, all pain, no gain. To disable, set your Energy Saver settings to as shown:

Separately, avoid manual sleep, use screen lock instead or let the display switch off/auto-lock on timer. For long or overnight absences, shut.
