I'm contacting apple

Let's start with what phone I have, I bought an iPhone X 6 months ago, its condition is new, I was given a 1 month warranty, which logically ended when at one point the display screen did not respond to my touch.  And you ask he did not fall, didn't crash(There was no such thing), he just stopped answering, well, I think to call for support on Thursday, March 4 at two o'clock they had to call me, and I got a call from the bot, the problem is not solved, I think it's because  our situation in the country, well, the problem is not solved, I had to look for a master in my city, after which I brought him to the master and of course he has to look in the middle of the phone.  , (broken, bent modular chip) and I bought a new one and it seems the warranty has passed, but the cause of the breakdown is not mine, but the factory.  I do not want to condemn anyone, but I do not know what to do in such cases?

Let's start with the fact that you are NOT contacting Apple by posting here.

This is a user forum.

Also, as stated above, the phone you bought was not "new". It was discontinued 3 years before you bought it.

You had no warranty from Apple at all. You bought a used phone. Apparently, one that had been tampered with, which is not surprising.

Recycle the phone responsibly and go buy one from an authorized retailer.
