How do I add multiple clocks to my Home Screen to reflect different time zones

That is not possible.

You can use widgets -> Use widgets on your iPhone and iPod touch

Use widgets on your iPhone and iPod touch - Apple Support

And set wordlwide time, see the time in cities worldwide on iPhone
