Playing Downloaded Music:
Seeing no "downarrows", these are apparently downloaded. So, start with a restart.
Verify that Music is Enabled in Cellular:
- Go to: Settings
- Tap: Cellular
- Scroll Down: to Music
- Tap: Music (so that it is green)
