Happens at all wifi hotspots. It does not work with cellular data turned on. I saw an article that said I should go into my iPhone settings, then General and remove the Profile but I couldn't find this option. Any idea where I can remove my Profile?

If it is working fine except on those two apps then get in touch with the developer of the app.
Is this happening at all WiFi hotspots or just a certain one? Does it work with cell data?
If it was just your service provider then you would not have an issue when you use WiFi hotspots (I'm assuming that some of the hotspots you use were not affiliated with Rogers). Also when you were at a non-Rogers hot spot your Safari browser would not go to the internet, you would not get mail and no other apps that use the internet would work.
Is it specific to only certain apps or are you also seeing this with Safari, etc?
It takes WhatApp text messages and conversations a full day to receive. Also, my camera scanner does not work in some apps for the lottery app for example, to check ticket numbers.
If it is happening at all hotspots and won't work with cell data, and assuming Safari and other apps do then you need to contact the developers of those apps to get help.
Thanks. I will try this but I have a feeling this isn't the problem. Thanks for your suggestion, Deggie.
What do you feel the problem is?
My service provider – Rogers.
