Unable to watch content on another Apple TV box

I have set up another Apple TV box v 6.2.1 and want to watch CODA, but that content says it is not available. I am signed in on that account and have Apple+ subscription. I've already watched it on my home Apple TV box and it is available on my phone. When I try to Airplay it from my phone to the TV, that also does not work.

Thanks,

Sarah

Apple TV box v 6.2.1

That seems to be a 2nd generation model A1378, which is not compatible with Apple TV+, not even through AirPlay. That model is unfortunately too old (2010).

AirPlay to a TV (without Apple TV box) requires an AirPlay-enabled TV. See the list.
