Accident Ipad Pro

I am really fan of apple

product, and today I had an accident with my Ipad Pro, I took my Ipad to technical service and they told me that there is no technical service for Ipads ( Apple) and there is no spare parts.. HOW COME??? I am trying to contact somebody from apple suport but it have been very dificult, what Can I Do? Were is te customer service of Apple?

@apple , please let me know how to proceed.

the problem with the Ipad is that ir some kind of water or liquid inside.

Apple does not repair iPads. Unless you purchased Applecare plus, you will need to replace it. If you have Applecare plus, Apple will replace it for a service fee.

FYI, this is not Apple support. We are just other users here.
