Screen time

The content and privacy settings in my 16 year olds screen is greyed out and I cannot access anything. I have access to all other categories within his screen time.

I understand that you cannot access certain Screen Time features. There might be certain parental controls enabled on the device. See: Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support.


After they've been disabled, or you checked and they are off, see: Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.
