Contact Labels

Why do some Contacts on my iPhone not have an option to create a Custom Label.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities.

This setting is affected by the contact's account you're syncing with.

Use an iCloud account for contacts and try again:

I tried using the iCloud contact group. That seems to have fixed my problem with not having to create Custom Labels for my contacts. Thanks for the information.
