iPhone to Chromebook usb teether

So a few days ago I had started using USB teether because I cloudgame and the internet is way better than over a wifi connection, after a day or two I had to reset my iPhones network settings for the iPhone to even show up via USB connection now since yesterday the network settings reset doesnt work anymore. I've tired a couple of things but nothing gets the iPhone to show up, the iPhone also likes to sometimes disconnect it self from the chromebook

If we’ve understood correctly, you have your iPhone connected to your Chromebook using a USB connection to provide internet via hotspot to your Chromebook. However, your Chromebook is no longer seeing your iPhone. Let’s isolate.

Do other devices see your iPhone OK using the same setup?

Here’s a few steps you can walk through as well - If Personal Hotspot is not working on your iPhone or iPad (Wi-Fi + Cellular).
