My only upload to Apple Music is under the wrong account

When distributing through Repost by SoundCloud to Apple Music, I specifically requested that they make a new account under my artist name. However, they not only released it under someone else's page, but I now have no artist account to claim and any inquiries to Apple Music about removing tracks (from what I've seen) require an artist account. Is there any other way to get this track removed?
