Try opening Safari and typing an IP Address like 1.1.1.1 in the address bar and try to navigate to it. This may force the Hotel wifi login page to open.
I did not say to put it in the "search" bar. Put it in the Address bar. Try a different browser like FireFox if it is installed. Try booting in safe mode. Make sure he has not got any VPNs, antivirus, or proxies set.
did you press return after entering 1.1.1.1 ??
It just keeps spinning and then it says wifi network could not be joined runs diagnostics and when I do, there is no solution.
